Dear Patients,

It has truly been one of the greatest honors of my career to care for you and your families through Direct Family Care. Thank you for trusting me with your health, your stories, and your lives—I do not take that privilege lightly.

After much thought and prayer, I have decided to close the in-office side of my practice November 15, 2025. This decision was not made lightly, but I believe it is the right step to ensure that you continue receiving the highest level of care that you deserve.

To make this transition as smooth as possible, I will make myself very available for you to come and be seen prior to November 15, 2025. If not, I will refill your current prescriptions for the next six months, giving you plenty of time to establish care with a new family medicine provider. Our phones and email will remain open to serve you during this process.

While I will no longer be seeing patients in the office, I will continue to provide telemedicine visits for urgent care needs when appropriate, and I will also continue to care for my male hormone patients via telemedicine. If I can support you in these ways, I would be honored to continue serving you.
